I’m Vijayaa. If a bite of pickle takes you back to your mother’s kitchen, you know the heart of our brand.

My journey shifted from HR to family tradition. Living far from home, I missed the deep, regional flavors of East Godavari. When my father sent me a parcel of homemade pickles, I realized: others must miss this authentic taste, too.

I returned with a mission: to share that unadulterated, home-style comfort.

My father gave me one rule: “It must be completely chemical-free and healthy.”

This is our promise. We rely on our grandmothers’ age-old secrets, using spices that are sun-dried and milled in-house.

Why is the oil or spice settling at the top of the jar?

This is natural and desired! The oil acts as a natural seal (a key preservation method) for our preservative-free pickles.

Where do you source your ingredients?

Sourcing from local Farmers Market and the use of hand-pounded spices prepared in-house for purity.

What is the shelf life of Vijayaa Pickles?

Ggeneral shelf life (e.g., 60-90days for veg, 30-45days for non-veg when refrigerated). The shelf life is maximised by proper care.

Since there are no preservatives, how do I store the pickle?

1) Always use a dry spoon. 2) Ensure the oil layer covers the pickle (top up with heated, cooled oil if needed). 3) Store in a cool, dry place/refrigerator.

Why did fungus or white mold appear on my pickle?

This only happens when the pickle comes into contact with moisture (wet spoon, water) or air, and it’s a sign that the pickle is truly preservative-free. So do follow our storeage stips to avoid such issues

Can the non-veg pickles be stored at room temperature?

No. Clearly state that non-veg pickles (Chicken/Mutton/Prawn) MUST be refrigerated immediately upon receiving to maintain freshness and safety.

Do you offer customization (spice/salt level)?
